He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Perry and Lucille Perry (Pereira). He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Hogan; his granddaughters, Nicole and Olivia; his siblings, Maria Cornelius (Jack), Joe, Joaquin and John (Coleen); his uncle Martin Souza; his aunt Carmen Shaffer; his former wife Betty Paine; and his close friend Cheryl Giddings. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
