He is survived by: his sister Rema Stout (Phil); and his children, David Phillips (Sherry), Keith Phillips (Tammy), Linda Phillips, Bruce Phillips (Laura), Matt Fraze (Cindy) and Anita Bergquist (Rex). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
