He was predeceased by: his parents, Wataru Okabayashi and Tomiye Okabayashi; his wife Ruth; and his brother Tom. He is survived by: his daughter Alison Adams (Sean); his grandsons, Connor, Brendan Fitzgerald and Finley Adams; and his brothers, Stanley and Ken Okabayashi (Peggy). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
