He was predeceased by: his parents, Major James Arthur Meacham and Marguerite Valetta Meacham of Sacramento, California.. He is survived by: his siblings, Arthur Meacham (Janet) of Arizona and Michelle Hurst (John) of California; his daughters, Lori, Kathy and Sheri; and his niece Suzanne. He is also survived by his family, friends, and co-workers.
