She was predeceased by: her parents, Abraham "Sonny" Karnolsky and Betty Karnolsky. She is survived by: her husband Bob Smith; her daughters, Rachel Smith and Erin Doering; her son-in-law Sean Doering; her grandsons, James and Johnny Doering; and her brothers, Howard and Harlan Kamofsky.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Janice can be made to the Go2 for Lungs cancer association who's mission is to increase survival by improving the lives of those at-risk, diagnosed and living with lung cancer.
