She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ted H Carpenter and Imogene Jensen Carpenter; her husband Ronald Patrick Martinez of Sacramento, California.; her children, Cassidee McGowan (Dalton) of Eagle Mountain, Codee Bell (Randy) of Lindon and Lacey Whitworth (Seth) of North Ogden; her stepdaughter Dana LeAnn Martinez-Lopez (Glenn) of Sacramento, CA.; her siblings, Karen Carpenter Macfarlane Mueller (Monty) of Orangeville California, Danalea Carpenter Cope (Denny) of Phoenix, Ted Elliott Carpenter (KayLea) of Phoenix and Kelly Carpenter Patrick (Craig) of Orem, Utah.; her grandchildren, Dallas Macoy McGowan, Jamison Wyatt Bell, Jensen Bell, Cortland Dean Bell, Abigail Whitworth, Brigham Mason Whitworth, Emily Whitworth and Hyrum Joseph Whitworth; and her stepgranddaughter Jessica Adrianne Vargas (Ruben).
