He was predeceased by: his wives, Muriel Biaggi Baeta and Del Biaggi Baeta; his sister Louise Mello; his brother-in-law Jack Mello; and his half-brother Frank Baeta.
He is survived by: his brother Al Baeta (Patty); his sons, Jon Baeta (Julie) and Mike Baeta (Jolynne); his friend Rob Gustafson (Joanne); his children, Lisa Lennox (Don) and Keith (Ann); his sisters, Karen Gustafson and Linda Moginie; his nieces and nephews, Jack Mello (Jo Johnson), Steven Mello (Ann), Joanne Cordy (Jerry), Alan Mello and Carol Aldax of Nevada; his cousins, Mary Fischer, Barbara Carvalho Lehmann, Simao Lottenberg (Ana Marie) of Brazil, Sarah, Molly Baeta, Isla Lennox, Erik, Ian Gustafson, Michele (Todd), Aidan, Briella Miesner, Clint Moginie, Brad (Steffanie), JJ, Alice Mello, Duncan Jensen, Elizabeth, Amariah, Daniel, Eliana Alonge, Nancy (Scott), Helen, Noah Miller, Gary, Amber, Mathew Mello, Heather (Mike), Summer, Ryan Dabbert, Ben, Max Mello (Justine), Jackie Mello, Carina and Marcos Lottenberg; Rob and Joanne Gustafson.
