He is survived by: his girlfriend Michelle Moody; his sister Ellie Mae Bean; and his sons, Paul Booth (Janette Booth), Mark Booth (Colleen Booth) of Omaha and Michael Booth of Denver Colorado. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
