With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathryn Sue Griffith of Sacramento, California, born in Omaha, Nebraska, who passed away on April 7, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Griffith; her sister Sandy Creveling; and her parents, Charles Saunders and Mary Saunders (Derham). She is survived by: her children, Doug Griffith (Maura), Anne Colucci (Bill) and Ken Griffith; her grandchildren, Kevin Griffith, Sarah Griffith, David Griffith, Tony Colucci (Janet), Bryan Colucci (Catie) and Joey Colucci; and her great grandchildren, Cory Colucci and Dante Colucci.
Perhaps the most impressive volunteer work came in 1975 when she and Terry donated their time and love to Vietnamese orphans who were airlifted to the U.S. as part of the fall of Saigon.
