He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Keiko Nakahara (Ray). He is survived by: his wife Keiko Nishimoto; his son Wesley Nishimoto (Maki); his grandsons, Garytt, Raito and Naito; his nephews, Clifton (Maria) and Dayton; and his great-niece Daphne. He is also survived by friends and coworkers.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Koji's name to the Buddhist Church of Sacramento.
