He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Benke and Paul Benke; and his daughter Jeanine Johnson (Pete). He is survived by: his brothers, Paul and Robert; his wife Joyce E. Benke (Johnson); his children, Pamela Dawson (Norm) and Everett Benke (Adriana); his grandchildren, Ashlee of Jason, PJ, Rick, Skye and Ashley; his great grandchildren, Makai, Braxton, Grayson, Madden, Dawson, Trip, Archer and Isla; and his nephew Eric Benke.
