It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lee Williams of Sacramento, California, born in Dinwiddie, Virginia, who passed away on June 8, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Williams and Martha Ann Williams; and his sister Virginia. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Gunzel; his adoptive children, Richard, Patty, Karl and Eugene; his grandchildren, Jacob, Benjamin, Whitney, Kristopher, Anthony, Dion and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Harmony, Ivy, Jacob and Sarai; and his siblings, Richard, John, Edith, Thelma, Shirley, Diane and Gladys.

In lieu of sending flowers the family requests that donations be sent to either one of Lee's favorite two favorite charities the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
