He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Starnes; his children, Stephan Starnes Sr. and Sonya Starnes; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Ritchie (Matt) and Tracey Eipper (Micah); his grandchildren, Stephan Starnes Jr., Daniel Starnes, Gabriella Starnes, Elijah Ramirez, Madeline Ritchie and Jack Ritchie; and his siblings, Robert Starnes, Ramona Salas (Jesus), Francisco Perez (Linda), Marsha Cooper (Bill) and Archie Tillery (Barbara).
