With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Loleta L Jones of Sacramento, California, born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on March 17, 2024 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Clarence Mitchel Ponder and Ida Bell Watson; and her husband James A. Jones. She is survived by : her sons, Darrell M. Jones (Janine) and Marc A. Jones (Manaja). She is also survived by five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
