With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lula Margaret Pruett in Sacramento, California, who passed away on November 18, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, A. D. Posey and Lois Hughes; her brother Troy Posey; and her grandsons, Chadwick Smalley and Casey Hogan.
She is survived by: her children, Douglas Smalley (Barbara), Karen Mongelli (Michael) and Kathleen Bettencourt (Scott); her grandchildren, Brandon Smalley (Casey), Kara Lough (Casey), Angela Carney, Joshua Speed, Erica Claussen (Eric) and Derrick Hogan (Heather); and her sister Rita F. Silva. She is also survived by great grandchildren and (2) great great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
