He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Rose Ortega, Zenobia Flagg, Anthony Casarez, Sylvia Meadows-Ortega, Elizabeth Ortega, Estrella Ortega, Sophia Ortega and Julio Atanacio; and also, Pauline and Toni.
