She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Benson and Lydia. She is survived by: her aunt Elizabeth Daniels; her brothers, Willie Edd Benson Sr. and Sister Beverly Anne Benson; her children, William A. Benson (Rachelle Benson), Stacy and Chastity Benson; her grandchildren, Willie Jr. (Crystal), Shavonne, Jordan, Dion, Avory and Grace; and her great grandchildren, Wanya, Dantrell, Willie IV and Cairo.
