He is survived by: his wife Susan Sylvia; his daughter Lauren Sylvia; his mother Beverly Sylvia; his siblings, Rob Sylvia (Eileen) and JoAnne Sisler (Ken); his sister-in-law Barbara Farfan (Vince); his nieces and nephews, Kylene Nevarez (Manolo) and Kenny Sisler (Haley); his great-nephews, Graham and Ethan; his niece Mandy Sylvia; his great-nephew Adam; and his nieces and nephews, Ashley Sears (Clay), Rob Sylvia, Alex Farfan and David Farfan.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to the Lymphoma Research Foundation in Mike's honor.
