He is survived by: his wife Annie Silveira (Bollinger); his children, Carter and Samantha Silveira; his parents, Jeff Silveira and Carol Silveira; his sister Heather Silveira; and his father-in-law Mike "Gramps" Bollinger. He is also survived by many loving extended family members and friends.
