He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Yasui and Kazuye Yasui; his wife Margie Masuhara; and his siblings, Henry (late Hope) and Marian Togioka (late Johnnie).
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Ray recalled when he was 3 years old leaving his home due to Executive Order 9066, which sent their family to be incarcerated at several different internment camps during WWII.
