Regina Victoria Blanc Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Regina Victoria Blanc in Sacramento, California, who passed away on September 19, 2025 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Regina may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Regina touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Rene Blanc; her sons, Conrad Blanc and Paulie Blanc; and her parents, Walter Staskiewicz and Victoria Staskiewicz.
She is survived by: her daughters, Annette Blanc Carruthers (Mark Duncan) of Sacramento and Janine Buikema (Richard Buikema) of Elverta; her grandsons, Michael Carruthers of Sacramento and Ryan Carruthers of Seattle; and her great grandchild Ainsley Carruthers of Sacramento.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Nicoletti.
