With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Renqun Zhang (Sacramento, California), who passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his wife Nanying Liu; his children, Qiaohong Zhang and Zhigang Zhang; his grandchildren, Yunfan Zhang, Brian Shan, Alex Shan and Danwei Zhang; his brother Renzhen Zhang; his niece Xiuying Zhang; his great-nephew Shengtian Zhang; and his children-in-law, Yuxi Zhang and Kaiyu Shan.
In lieu of flowers, Dr. Zhang's daughter Qiaohong (Hong) and son Zhigang (Simon) ask that donations be made to Mercy Foundation in Dr. Renqun Zhang's name to help care and support of patients and their families (MercyFoundation.org).
