He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan, Jeremy and Daniel; his grandchildren, Blake, Samuel, Samantha, Ethan, Nevyn, McKinzee, Kirstin, Jaiden and Nylan; and his siblings, Debbie, Bill and Mike. He is also survived by his wife, 3 children, and 9 grandchildren.
