We announce the death of Roger Cottrell in Sacramento, California, who passed away on June 6, 2026, at the age of 85. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred George and Ruth Irene; his wife Bertha "Jean" Cottrell; and his siblings, Shirley, Cathryn and Robert.

He is survived by: his children, Cindy, Glenn, Brenda and Laura; and his sister Edith Noel. He is also survived by his four children, 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
