He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Holden and Enid Holden; his wife Kitty Lund Holden; and his brother Craig Holden. He is survived by: his children, Martin Holden, Eric Cox and Julie Wagner; his son-in-law Aaron Wagner; his daughter Lori Bencivengo; his son-in-law Michael Bencivengo; and his grandchildren, Aubrey Castner, Jacob Holden, Zoë Wagner, Mia Wagner, Hannah Castner, Brooklyn Wagner, Taylor Castner and Brynn Bencivengo.
