He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Webb and Dorothy Webb; his grandparents, Clayton, Ruby Webb, Lyman and Lela Mae Wallace; his aunt Laura; and his uncle William Wallace.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his son Kevin; his brother Don (Patricia); his cousin Kay Rutkowski (Joe); his sister-in-law Kathy Rose (Vern); his sibling's children, Shawn Jackson (Delana) and Brooke Cloud (Chas); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Marlo Jackson, Isla Mae Cloud, Cooper Jackson and Sawyer Jackson.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church (3819 Central Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71913).
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the VFW Post 2278, 660 E. Grand Ave., Hot Springs, AR 71901, or a charity of your choice.
