He is survived by: his son Sam Jr.; his granddaughter Samantha (Jeff); his great grandchildren, Eliza and Luca; his sibling's children, Dennis, Paul, Carol, Becky, Connie and Lauren; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eric, Johnathan, Susanne, Jennifer, Taylor, Mackenzie, Aubrey and Julian.
