She was predeceased by: her parents, James and Ellen Margaret Moir of Ipswich; and her brothers, Leonard and Beris Moir of Australia. She is survived by: her husband David Moore; her sons, Dennis W. Moore (Sue) of Sacramento and Stephen L. Moore (Julie) of Cheney, WA.; her granddaughter Amanda Wilson (Paul) of Arlington, Oregon.; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Odin Wilson and Hunter David Wilson.
The family asks that donations in Shirley's name be made to Cottage Way Christian Church in Sacramento where Shirley enjoyed attendance for many years.
