He was predeceased by: his son Lance. He is survived by: his children, Brad, Mike, Alex and Sarah; his stepchildren, Griffen, Alyson McCann, David and Adam Laverine; and his wife Kristen. He is also survived by two brothers, four children, 14 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren.
