He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn; and his children, Fred, John Wiley and Beth Wiley Banks. He is survived by: his daughter Mary Wiley Smith (Tim); his brother Mark Wiley (Liz); and his son-in-law James Banks. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Trinity Episcopal Cathedral (2620 Capitol Ave, Sacramento, CA 95816).
