He is survived by: his wife Debbie Blucher (Debbie); his children, Elizabeth Blucher, William Blucher Jr. (Rachael) and Carolyn Blucher; his grandchildren, William Harold Blucher III (Harry), Charlotte Blucher and Sophia Blucher; and his sister Christine Blucher.
