He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Arata and Florence Arata (MacKenzie). He is survived by: his daughter Alison Anthony (Jon); his grandchildren, Haley Pilcher, Madison Pilcher and Christian Pilcher; his sister Nancy Arata; and his caregiver Carmen. He is also survived by cousins and dear friends.
