She was predeceased by: her parents, Joaquina Badilla and Francisco-Joaquina Garcia; her grandmother Cruz Garcia; her sons, Fidel and Ruben Jr.; and her granddaughter Mayra Castro.
She is survived by: her husband Ruben; her children, Mario, David "Yuri" Castro, Olga Alcaraz, Sandra "Yamir" Castro, Juanita "Jaime" Herrera, Belen Castro, Rosalia "Terrance" King, Veronica Castro and Dina Banuelos; and her grandson Sonny.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alta Vista Mortuary (41 E Alisal St, Salinas, CA 93901). A rosary will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (240 Calle Cebu, Salinas, CA 93901). A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (18200 Damian Way, Prunedale, CA 93907).
