He is survived by: his significant other Mary Benson; his siblings, Charlie Diaz and Teresa Diaz (Teddy); his children, Steve Diaz, Mark Diaz, Derek Diaz and Michelle Diaz; his stepchildren, Tony Largo, Janelle Varada, Paula Quinn Largo, Henry Cruz and Kristian Cruz; and his close friend Rocky. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
