It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Winter (Salinas, California), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Leah; his daughters, Rhonda and Joy; his son-in-law Geoff; his son Jeffrey; his daughter-in-law Carol; his grandsons, Evan and Ross; his parents, Sol Winter and Jessie Winter; his sisters, Ruth, Sylvia and Shirley; his brother-in-law Ray; and his son Plumbing.
