He was predeceased by : his parents, Granville Perkins and Beverly Perkins. He is survived by : his wife Debbie; his sons, Travis Perkins (Desiree) and Austin Perkins (Danielle); his grandchildren, Savannah and Justin Perkins; his father-in-law Alfred DePratti; and his siblings, Scott Perkins (Debbie) and Holly Perkins-Johnson (Jeff).
