Carmen Nava Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carmen Nava of Salinas, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 7, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonor Nava Flores and Miguel Nava; her children, Freddy (Stephanie), Leonor, Daniel (Whitney) and Andrew; her grandchildren, Theo Alonso and Jupiter Iliana; and her siblings, Josefina, Rocio, Rosario, Yolanda, Irma, Manuel, Silvestre, Juvenal and Mario. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Struve and Laporte Funeral Chapel (41 W San Luis St, Salinas, CA 93901). A rosary will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Christ the King Church (240 Calle Cebu, Salinas, CA 93901). A burial will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (18200 Damian Way, Prunedale, CA 93907).
