She was predeceased by : her husband Theodore "Teddy" Lyons; her daughter Cynthia Chavarria-Agamao; her siblings, Raynaldo Benites, Nellie Nava and Gloria Martinez; and her parents, Frank Vasquez and Jesse Vasquez.
She is survived by : her children, Julie Garcia (Bob) and Patrick Chavarria (Kristina); her siblings, Sally Austin, Margie Sigala and Ruben Vasquez; her goddaughter Camille Nava; her grandchildren, Carolyn Agamao-Beltran, Janette Mckinstry, Robert "Bobby" Garcia, Andrew Quinones, Patrick Chavarria Jr., Crystal Brockelmeyer, Sierra Chavarria, Isaiah Chavarria and Sammy Chavarria; and her great grandchildren, Adria, Maddison, Kensley, Viviana, Amelia, Everly, Teddy and Catalina. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
