He is survived by: his daughter Audrey Rebecca (Mark) of Escondido, California; his wife Janette Ellen Flory; his son Joseph (Karen Downey) of Cortland; his grandchildren, Ella R. Weed, Sarah V. Weed, Daniel W. Downey Ford and David P. Downey Ford; and his siblings, Joyce Lorenzen (Paul) and Daniel Ford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (1071 Pajaro St, Salinas, CA 93901).
