He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Paula Casarez; his brother Augustine P. Villa; and his grandparents, Salome, Ausencia Mejia, Santiago Casarez Ayala, Maria and Refugio Salazar Mendez Jorge.

He is survived by: his father Antonio Casarez (Guadalupe); his daughter Julie Casarez; and his siblings, Cathy Soltesz (John), Esther Villa, Lydia Garcia (George), Anita Casarez, Esmeralda Casarez (Gustavo Ramirez), Jessica Casarez, Robert Villa (Tina), Danny Villa (Mary), Albert Villa (Rosalie) and Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
