She is survived by: her parents, Sandra Mondo and David Culver (Vicki); her children, Walker O. Mallett (Madelyn Paige) and Madelyn P. Mallett; her husband Keith A. Mallett; her siblings, Alyssa Budden (David), Jilli Russo (Justin), Taryn Hayes (Ian), Marisa Lester (Ian), Justin Culver, Mason Mondo and Nico Mondo; her nieces, Klair Budden, Kayce Budden and Hailey Russo; and her grandparents, Judith Culver, Thomas Kisling and Mardi Kisling.
In lieu of flowers, Katie and her family ask for donations to be made in her name for Dr. Jacob Young's research to help find a cure for Glioblastoma brain cancer at University California San Francisco.
