He was predeceased by: his parents, George Betancourt and Eva Betancourt; his sisters, Linda Gutierrez and Stephanie "Penny" Betancourt; his brothers-in-law, Roy Gutierrez, John Bobian and Robert Bobian; and his pet Camelot.
He is survived by: his children, Kristi and Andrew; his wife Debbie Bobian; his daughter Allison Betancourt; his son-in-law Javier Hidalgo; his son Jeremy Betancourt; his mother-in-law Grace Bobian; and his granddaughters, Madeline Rianda and Megan Betancourt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
