We announce the death of Mac Coronado of Salinas, California, born in Yuma, Arizona, who passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 92. Mac will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his wife Geraldine E Coronado; his parent Eulogia G Coronado; his brothers, Joseph G Arviso and Ray G Nunez; and his parent Guerrero.

He is survived by: his children, Gigi Ortiz (Pete), Maxine Aguilar (Mark), Rose Coronado and James Coronado; his grandchildren, Regina Vallez-Santa Cruz, Anthony Garcia, Enrique Martinez III, Joseph, Matthew, Erica, Andy, Lucy and Avery Coronado; and his great grandchildren, Jorge Jr., Diamond, Jeremiah Santa Cruz, Jordan, Janelle, Jameson, Remy Martinez, Cali, Denise, Matthew Jr., Lenaeh, Jaxx, Arieah and Andria Coronado.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Healey Mortuary (405 N Sanborn Rd, Salinas, CA 93905). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Memories Memorial Park (850 Abbott St, Salinas, CA 93901). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Prunedale Legion Post 593 (8300 Prunedale North Rd, Prunedale, CA 93907).
