She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Slattery and Honora Slattery; her sisters, Mary Marcelline Clifton and Bernadette Stella Pezzini; and her great grandchild Joseph Anthony DiMaggio.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Chubbuck; her sister Rita Anne Muller; her children, Anne Therese O'Neil of Monterey, CA and John Anthony Chubbuck (Karen Lynn Chubbuck) of East Garrison, CA; her granddaughters, Sarah Therese DiMaggio, Emma Lynn Chubbuck, Alyssa Lynn Chubbuck and Hannah Lynn Chubbuck; and her great grandchild Riley Joe DiMaggio.
