She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonie Chmelik (Pekova) and Miroslav Chmelik; and her son Tony. She is survived by: her spouse Antonin Josef Simunek; her daughter Yvette Simunek (Monterey); her siblings, Marie Danhelkova (Malada Boleslav) and Vaclav (Domazlice); and her grandson Joseph Simunek (Carmel). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
