She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellen Maughan and Patrick Maughan; her siblings, Patrick, May, Margaret (Brian Timothy) and Monica; and her friends, Walt, Winnie Heffner, Gladys Arnold and Kathleen Wyer.
She is survived by: her nephews, Paddy and John Jones; her husband Dave Philomena; her son Barry Forbes of San Bruno; her grandson Kevin; her daughter Hayley Forbes of Salinas; her extended family Pam Won-Forbes; Carmel, Brenda, Nicole and Kaitlin. She is also survived by friends and family.
