He is survived by: his children, Jessica, Narissa Salazar of Salinas, Savannah, William, Sierra, Miguel Tigueros-Piedra of Selma and Vanessa; his grandchildren, Aiyannah, Rene, Synai, Razlen, June, Jazelle, Rowan, Airis and Vaeda; and his siblings, Virginia Salazar, Peter Carbajal, Margarita Carbajal, Martha Carbajal, Teresa Carbajal, Allen Carbajal, Enrique Carbajal, Rene Carbajal and Mari Carbajal. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, more than 60 nieces and nephews, extended family, and countless friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Alta Vista Mortuary (41 E Alisal St, Salinas, CA 93901). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (18200 Damian Way, Prunedale, CA 93907).
