He was predeceased by: his father Raul Hidalgo. He is survived by: his mother Rosa Maria Hidalgo; and his siblings, Paul Ramirez, Rosalba Hidalgo, Maria Isabel Hidalgo, Esmeralda Fernandez and Alejandrina Vigil. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
