He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth. He is survived by: his children, Roberts (Carl) of Salinas and Rob (Sue) of Fort Worth, TX; and his grandchildren, Andrew Kipsey (Danielle) of Fort Wayne, IN, Ryan (Ashley) of Lake Wylie, SC, Sean (Elise) of Fort Worth, TX, Derek Kipsey of Salinas, Joelle Michaels (Bob) of East Moline, IL and Chip Kipsey (Luz) of Johnstown, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and 15 great grandchildren.
