He was predeceased by: his father Robert Anthony Koyak. He is survived by: his wife Rita Rojas-Koyak; his daughter Eva; his mother Joyce Cruz (Koyak); his stepfather Anthony Cruz; and his siblings, Michael Koyak (Margie Barto), Joan (Koyak), Pacifico (Frank) and Kaye Koyak-Wahl (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Bob's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
